Proposal Package Details
Package Includes: The proposal package includes two dozen fresh cut roses and a seasonal flower arrangement, an exquisite bottle of Veuve Clicquot or Taittinger Brut Champagne, a celebratory cake of your choosing and two of our Deneen Pottery Timbrook mugs to remember this special time in your lives.
Cost: $495
Additional Costs: Flower pricing is subject to market increase during the two weeks before and after for selected holidays of Valentine’s Day, Sweetest Day, and Mother’s Day (add $25). Upon availability, add in-house photography to capture the special moment for an additional $95.

A Rich History of Relaxing Stays
The Timbrook Guesthouse began as the Old Jack Antrim Farmhouse, built in 1875. Jack Antrim lived here from 1921 to 1945, when he sold it to the Timmons family and the property became known as Timbrook. Jill and Peter Dole became the owners in 1988. After raising their children, they decided to convert part of their Ohio home to the guesthouse you see today. We look forward to having you stay with us and experiencing the property’s rich history for yourself!

If you find that you need to get away from your suite and find a new environment, our reading room is the perfect place to cozy up and read a new book.
