Our property is situated on a beautiful 3-acre estate with plenty of amenities including a large, ellipse-shaped pool, an outdoor hot tub spa, a tropical aviary full of parrots, canaries and finches, a tropical greenhouse full of trees and orchids, a comfortable common area, a cozy reading room, and complimentary bikes and fishing poles for you to use at Antrim Park.

A Rich History of Relaxing Stays
The Timbrook Guesthouse began as the Old Jack Antrim Farmhouse, built in 1875. Jack Antrim lived here from 1921 to 1945, when he sold it to the Timmons family and the property became known as Timbrook. Jill and Peter Dole became the owners in 1988. After raising their children, they decided to convert part of their Ohio home to the guesthouse you see today. We look forward to having you stay with us and experiencing the property’s rich history for yourself!
