Each room has its own theme creating a memorable stay for you and your guests. We offer lots of incredible amenities. Renting the guesthouse for your event is such a special experience, making the event venue feel completely your own and ensuring your privacy. Please note that in order to book the Timbrook guesthouse, your party must book the full house for a minimum of 2 nights at their going rates.

What’s Included In Our Standard Wedding Package:

$5,000 Event Fee Includes:

Event Coordination

by a Timbrook wedding coordinator.

Venue

For 25 guests (Including guests staying on the property).

Ceremony site on the property (location weather pending).

3-hour venue use for wedding from ceremony start time. Start times from 1PM-5PM. All non-staying guests must leave by the end of the 3-hour period.

Soft music only- must be shared with our wedding coordinator prior. Our wedding venue has lots of space for you and your guests to dance!

Tent Rental

Tent rental is non-negotiable for weather purposes Includes 25 chairs for your guests.

We also offer additional optional packages to take wedding receptions to the next level.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that there is a non-refundable $5000 deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to your event.

Our space is the perfect setting for hosting a small ceremony and reception while creating big memories that last a lifetime. We love having couples that celebrated their union back at our guesthouse for anniversaries in the years that follow. Our diverse 6 room bed and breakfast makes it so that each time you stay with us in the years to come, you’re able to have a new experience or revisit the room you stayed in on your wedding day.
