Jill’s green thumb and passion to be in the garden found it’s way into the kitchen. She now prides herself on being able to provide delicious homegrown ingredients for her breakfasts. From the lush vegetables grown in the garden to the fresh eggs collected from the henhouse each morning, you can be sure that your Timbrook breakfast will be as fresh and organic as the season will allow. Jill enjoys whipping up a numerous amount of different breakfasts and especially loves using tis-the-season ingredients. Some of her specialities include: frittatas, egg casseroles, quiches, speciality pancakes and waffles, huevos rancheros, made from scratch muffins/breads/coffee cakes, and the very popular Timbrook Popovers. Peter adds his touch to breakfast by showcasing his Hawaiian decent in providing fresh fruit bowls each and every morning.
